FRAME WILL BE INSPECTED AND MODIFIED FOR NEW GRAY TANK AND ANY WELDING DONE THEN SAND BLAST FOR NEW PRIME AND FINISH COAT. PLUMBING ROUGH-IN AND WIRING. WOW! WHAT A DAY.

Here we are installing the flooring.

Now we will put the Avion shell back on the plywood sub floor and frame.

Easy now - lowering the shell down on the sub floor.

Now that the shell is resting on the sub floor we can secure it with fasteners.

We now begin to refinish all the cabinets / all cabinets will be sanded to fresh wood and any modifications and repairs will be done before refinishing begins.

Here James has just finished this cabinet door, great example of old beautiful Birch wood.

This cabinet's old finish has been completely removed, not bad for 50 year old wood. Wow!

Here James has to hand sand to get in tight areas, what a job he is doing.

Here all the cabinets are complete, will wait for the dust to settle before we start refinishing with new color and clear coats, can't wait to see them.

Here this cabinet has it's old finish removed and frame rebuilt.

All the drawer slides have been rebuilt.

This is the curved bed frame being rebuilt with new wood cutouts.

Here the curved bed frame is wrapped with new Birch wood.

Here we half to add some bracing to support the shell while we remove the inner panels for wiring. This will keep from adding to much stress on exterior skin and aluminum frame.

Looks like some termite Condo development in this bath room vanity.

The Bathroom vanity will be rebuilt and we will add a clothes hamper next to vanity.

Now we begin to run 110 volt and 12 volt cables though out Avion.

We have covered the new flooring with large cardboard to pro tech, the red wire is the 12 volt cable.
